Georges Riverkeeper Executive Group Meeting - April 2022

The Georges Riverkeeper Executive Group met in April 2022 and the following was discussed:

An update of the Financial Cluster Group was discussed and the Program Manager, Beth Salt advised that Sydney Water would be coming on board as a Financial Partner. It was also advised that all Member Councils have allocated their Councillor Representatives to the Georges Riverkeeper Committee.

The Program Manager, Beth Salt provided the Executive Group with an update of the current Georges Riverkeeper programs, including the Coastal Management Program grant, a Communications Update and the Financial Report.

The Executive Group discussed the Georges Riverkeeper Constitution and the proposed amendments that will be made to include Sydney Water as a Financial Partner.

Finally, the Program Manager, Beth Salt informed the Executive on the recruitment process of the new Program Manager noting that the position had been advertised.
