Georges Riverkeeper Executive Group Meeting - Aug 2021

Georges Riverkeeper’s Program Manager met with the NSW Leader of the Opposition Chris Minns and Shadow Minister for the Environment Penny Sharpe to discuss Georges Riverkeeper, our Programs and drawing their attention to a lack in resourced catchment management since the NSW Catchment Management Authorities were disbanded in 2013. As the Council elections have been postponed to December, the Executive Group have set a new schedule of Executive and Committee meetings for the next couple of months, of particular note is that the Georges Riverkeeper AGM has been postponed to Thursday February 24th 2022.
