As part of Georges Riverkeeper’s ongoing efforts to monitor waterway health and assess microplastic pollution, staff trained in AUSMAP’s methodology conducted sampling across 11 sites within the Georges River and Botany Bay estuaries from Nov 2024 - Feb 2025.
